Turns out I misspoke. It was actually ten miles in thirty seconds, not ten kilometres.
So, let's test out mistersloth's stupid fucking idea. We'll need a camera for this scene:

And we'll connect it to a vehicle capable of travelling at twelve hundred miles per hour:
