Well, the Tril had an eye appointment this morning. Apparently she's got astigmatism and slight farsightedness. Which she'd never really noticed before. Vision in the right eye is 20/50 and in the left is 20/40. Nyah.
She didn't really even notice until the doctor pointed it out that she squints when she reads a lot of things. And her glasses won't come in for a few days. However, the Trill is satisfied in her choice of frames.
On another note, the Trill turns 17 next Wednesday-the-6th. Go Trill. She's getting a computer. Well, to be specific, /the/ computer. Her parents decided to let her have it since she'd been bugging them about one for ages. Again, Go Trill. She's going to have to reorganize her room again...
Sunday, Trill gets to go upstate to Buffalo and hang out with some of her online friends. Seven of them, to be precise. Which is cool, as she'd only previously met one of them in what she likes to call the "virtual world", the world away from the computer. Anyway, yeah. Its kind of pathetic, but the Trill admits that the only friends she has are the ones in the "real world", the world on the computer. Its sad, she knows. But hey, at least she has the option of avoiding the ones she doesn't like, when it comes to that. So, score.
Yeah, that's about it. There's no particular reason she's been referring to herself in the third-person through this, she just felt like it...
