Due to constraints resulting from the Geneva Convention, only some tactics are acceptable in warfare. Yes, some would have war be a civil affair. While use of .50 calibre weapons, flame throwers, and napalm are not allowed to be used against personnel, we can still gut them from pelvis to larynx with a bayonet then pluck out their eyeballs. We have to act like men, after all.
