Although, you're right: legally, there's no tremendous need to mention that at all. The book's indicia--with the possible exception of the ISBN--is largely redundant filler. If anyone were actually dumb enough to sue anyone over the book, it would be pretty evident that the book's contents are fictional, satirical, and opinionated.

Which is fine with me, of course; the frivolous litigation countersuit would be entertaining to wage >:)
