First try looking for Emulators on Grokster/Morpheus or cnet.com or myth?. Those Emu's will have varying degrees of tools that let you hack game files. Also I think gameshark CDX has an extractor of some type. And that's what you need, an extractor. Or you could try and find the PC version of the game and hack that.
