" so it appears that you have yet to show me biblical evidence for a flat earth. Whether or not a youth decided to exercise his creative talents, the only proof acceptable is biblical proof. Just because a christian believes something wrong does not mean that christianity is wrong. unlike fruit, a bad apple does not spoil the barrel.

Now, there is a humorous point I would like to bring up. You say that you won't believe anything until there is established proof, yet you so adamently believe that there is a flat earth described in the bible. Where did you hear this? Revelation 7:1 states that the earth has four corners. It could be assumed that this is a literal thing, but if you examine the passage and pretty much the entire book of revelation the author is using a language of appearance...very similar to today, when we refer to the rising and setting of the sun, when the sun is not moving in relation to the earth, but the earth in relation to the sun. Again, if you look at the passage, it is refering to the holding back of the winds by four angels. The angels are not standing at four literal corners but at the four figurative poles: north, south, east, west...which the bible makes reference to in other passages as well.

If you want evidence of the earth's shape, you could look in Job 26:7 He stretcheth out the north over the empty place, and hangeth the earth upon nothing.

Isaiah 40:21-22 Have ye not known? have ye not heard? hath it not been told you from the beginning? have ye not understood from the foundations of the earth? It is he that sitteth upon the circle of the earth, and the inhabitants thereof are as grasshoppers; that stretcheth out the heavens as a curtain, and spreadeth them out as a tent to dwell in

Proverbs 8:27 When he prepared the heavens, I was there: when he set a compass upon the face of the depth
     (compass can also be translated as circle)

Job 26:10 He hath compassed the waters with bounds, until the day and night come to an end.

...which incidently the greeks apparently used to assist in proving their theory of a circular world.

Luke 17:31 In that day, he which shall be upon the housetop, and his stuff in the house, let him not come down to take it away: and he that is in the field, let him likewise not return back...34 I tell you, in that night there shall be two men in one bed; the one shall be taken, and the other shall be left.
     Jesus even alluded to day and night existing simultaneously.
