As far as liquid cooling goes, the most common method is just distilled water and a bit of antifreeze/ethyl glycol coolant. Pretty much the same stuff people run in most cars. While some oils might have different thermal characteristics, they tend to make the setup more expensive. There are actually some kick ass non-conductive fluids that some people submerse their entire computer in, but that is way out of my price range. If you'd like to learn more about my cooling system, just hit the product link. It's very cool stuff, especially when cranking up the voltage and overclocking your CPU to the limit.
