The Reptipage has reached the point where updating common portions to the whole site is a real chore. Is there a viable template making program out there that doesn't suck (MS Frontpage), and doesn't cost an arm and a leg (Dreamweaver)?

Does gremlin.net use a template program, or are the menu bar and banners added manually to each page?
