I took it in to my DAV rep, he made a few calls, and got it so that I was allowed to submit it and have it be accepted, even though I was well past the last available date. I got a copy of a letter sent to the VA dated the 25th, mentioning that it'd been submitted, along with every last bit of evidence up to that point.

I think that makes it almost two weeks now.

So...here I am, still waiting.
