The preceeding link was to a news story, that /was/ actually hard to find. While it is similar to several related stories over the last two years (the length of the litigation), the date of the article leaves some clues as to what exactly happens; two weeks from August Second is an awfully similar time frame... there. Enough out of me for a long time.
