Indon mentioned something just a few minutes ago that sounded like a good idea.
Toward the end of the month, gather up all the submissions, and set up a little voting type thing.
Also, I think it might be a good idea to set down a few rules. Like - you aren't limited to just one submission per person. And that bit about how whatever gets them nominated should be just a one-line quote kind of thing.
