Josephus was born in AD37 and, at best, reported a common rumour of his time; he never could have met a guy who died in AD32.
That aside, Josephus' 'testimony' is dubious; the paragraph devoted to Y'shua is contrived and immaterial to the rest of the work; most scholars consider it a forgery added centuries after the fact.
