That makes sense. Or, it doesn't; but it sounds like governmental idiocy as normal. It rates right up there with something interesting I learned tonight: unemployment is actually taxed fourteen percent. I can't quite work out why.
In other news: your videocassette showed up today. I haven't watched it yet; but I'll encode it to disc when I have time.
At the moment, I'm entirely too busy installing SimCity4....
