The new board itself won't be much different. The access will be. Since people tend to come here to respond regarding the What's News at main.html, I think I'm going to add a form to main.html letting people post here directly from there.
I'm still working out the specifics on that. There are four or five different ways to do it. The easiest is to have each reply start a new thread here. Less easy is having each reply fall under a masterthread, letting each reply be added to main.html, and so on.
Speaking of modifications, I just fixed the script to help Prot choose a name. Something annoys me about people creating new names with every post; he won't be doing that anymore.
Of course, the Jo B thing causes the same problem; but, if you're done doing that, I'm not too concerned about it.
