I was thinking about intelligence and grading systems;
now, a C(Average) is supposed to=80% more or less in most grading systems. Now, my question is, does that mean, 80% of the population are morons, or that we are morons 80% of the time?
In my case, I won't be vain; I'd say I'm a moron 80% of the time.
