     At any rate, I thought you might be interested in knowing that most dictionaries (you can check dictionary.com if you have any doubts) list "To incline the body or head or bend THE KNEE in greeting, consent, courtesy, acknowledgment, submission, or veneration" as one of many definitions for the word "bow."      Now, I realise you meant this only as an example of the cross you bear, and the tactic you're complaining about being employed against you, apparently in hopes that it no longer will be applied, or will be meaningless if applied. However, I feel it necessary to point out that you've just admitted you cannot come up with a valid argument, by your own reasoning.
