Evolution has NEVER been disproven. You are trying to equate the mechanism of evolution to the fossil record? We have hundreds of thousands of fossils which are enough to substantiate the fossil record. It is ACKNOWLEDGED that there are GAPS but those GAPS do not disprove the fossil record.

When I was 13 a person told me about the God that performed magic. He uttered words like a sorceror and then everything came to be. Then he created this man that had lots of sex with the animals so this sorceror decided to make a woman out of dirt and fire, so the man stopped doing rude and disgusting things with the other beasts. Well, this man was really perverted, he didn't want the woman to have any freedom, so she ran away. The sorceror said "bad woman" and killed her children. The man went to the sorceror and said "I want some "meat" to "help" me" so the sorceror said, "Ok, lie down and I'll tear out your rib" and from that rib another woman mutated.
