The third world state that is New Mexico doesn't have much going for it. It's last in the nation in terms of employment, economy and education, but thankfully they do have a kickass set of tattoo parlors.
Note the detail. The ribs actually have shadows.
There's just something so fitting about meshing the work of H.R. Giger with the biohazard sign. This is, of course, only a Giger inspired thing (I don't think he does tattoos...yet), but I think it pulls it off pretty well.
To anyone interested in acquiring a tattoo, I highly recommend Mark Sullivan at Addictive Ink in Albuquerque. If you can make the drive, you'll find none better than him.
Oh, and for anyone curious, the total time it took for this was 3 hours.
