They're all mythical characters. And none of them was really very entertaining.
Of course, of the three, the devil had the most potential, depending on the version you're looking at. All three were pretty evil; YodHehVavHeh and Y'shua both required their followers to exterminate everyone not allied to them, while hiding behind a transparent guise of benevolence; the devil was less insecure and more honest about things. Eat the damned apple; you'll not surely die. And he was right: they didn't die that day, as assured by YodHehVavHeh.
Given the choice of badguys, I'll take the honest ones.
