I probably didn't explain this well enough when I was running through the parts we were buying. VIVO [or probably VI/VO?] is a videocard type. It's got this special slot that sorta looks like an SVideo slot, but with more of those little holes in it, and it comes with a special cable that's all colour-coded, and it's got a video in option and a video out option on the cable itself for two different kinds of video ports -- SVideo and whatever those RCA cables are.
The ADrive and the 8-in-One card reader with the USB port on the front of it are on their way, along with the DVDRom/CDRW combo drive and the two 200gb drives [one of those is mine, since I really need another 200 in a computer which already has 280...].
These things, along with four of those round ATA133 cable things something with a few more ports than our current several year old network hub should be here on Monday. I don't know when my fan, biohazard fan-guard thing, the floppy controller cable thing, the special firewire cable, or the almost 100 feet of Cat5e are going to be here. I have to assume that it should all get here at about the same time, unless newegg [these guys are great, so far. I've ordered from them twice.] are somehow exceptionally fast compared to everyone else on the planet. And I suppose I wouldn't put it past everyone else to be slow.
Anyway: you should be up, running, and able to burn disks by the end of the week.
And now I'm almost out of soda, and that pisses me off....
