For those of us who've been following the story, here http://www.cnn.com/2004/TECH/fun.games/01/01/videogame.suit.ap/index.html
For those of us that haven't, back in November the Haitian community decided that Grand Theft Auto: Vice City was targeting Hatians and promoting hate crimes against Hatians, and intended to file suits. Which, apparently, it's getting around to. Not that we have any real details as to who, exactly, is filing the suit, but I'll save my bitching about the quality of the news as of late; it's become an across the board thing, and at this point I'd be guilty of propogating a redundancy that's been going on since 1997, without actually doing a thing about it. Anyway, expect your current copies of Vice City to go up in value, as much as video games ever go up in value anyway. You know, since the entire goal of any GTA game is to kill the Hatians, and live in harmony with everyone else, thus proving the inferiority of the Hatian people, while enjoying scones with the Italian, Japanese, Chinese, and Cuban crime families.
