Now that they're being caught on photograph in the wild again, estimates have gone up from...what, maybe extinct, maybe fifty, to about 200 in the wild. And I know that the preferred crossbreeding of Siamese and whatever other crocodile -- the one that gives them a skin similar to the siamese -- is sterile. They want to use those for skins, though, so that's pretty intentional.
