Apparently, people are having problems getting to the .pdf of this thing. So, here's a hypertext version, which doesn't look quite as good since the formatting is dynamic; but, it should load.
Strangely enough, Microsuck Word arbitrarily gave this thing the title of Battle within battle must ever be recurring with varying success; and yet in the long-run the forces are so nicely balanced. I have no idea where that came from; I never wrote it. Still, it seems oddly fitting, so I left it in there. Weird.
