Apparently they taped the entire decapitation on video, and then uploaded it for all to see. It's supposed to be pretty gruesome. I haven't seen it yet, though thanks to David there, I can now find out for myself.
It was announced just this afternoon. It was a retaliatory effort by extremists for the abuse of the Iraqi prisoners.
