JestBuy is the bain of every single person's existence in my family. We bought a television one Christmas, got it home and it was Dead on Arrival. We bought the extended warranty, but they did not fix it, for they deemed it to be an accident that occured in the actual delivery from store to final destination.
JestBuy delivered it to our house, in Houston, TX. If they broke in in transit, they should have to fix it, no?
I do think that JestBuy is a global reeming company. How the stay in business, amazes me. If they would have just repaired our tv, we would have spent our thousands there instead of Circuit City. But that is neither here nor there....
