Oh I am getting royally screwed not only from seller but from Ebay and Square Trade.
     Here goes:
     Order and paid for item (yellow lego slopes). After about 2 weeks I emailed seller asking where it was.
     He emails me back and says "Oh guess what Isent your legols somewhere else and sent you the wrong order". So I ask well what do you think you sent us. He says 200 lego bricks. I go to my hubby and he says he did not receive 200 yellow lego bricks. (now he is mad at me). Finally I have him go dig out 200 lego bricks to send to seller so he can send our item.
     Seller them emails me and says that is not what I sent you. I tell him to send them back.
     Well guess what - he will not. He says we have to send him back his first - well we do not have any of the legos he claims to have sent. I keep telling him I cant send him back what I never got.
     So now he will not refund money, is stealing our legos, and I had to pay $20.00 to square trade because dealing with this horrible person is making me sick. Nevermind the fact my hubby is totally bullshit and I have to put up with him too!!
     Square Trade and Ebay have not made a single attempt to return any of my emails, or contact the CROOK, or anything. I have closed my Ebay store and will never use them again to buy or sell anything.

     AND TO BOOT - he has removed all of his feedback from July on from public view. His rating speaks for itself that he has had problems in the past, but now he has gone and removed his feedback comments.
     Anyhow thanks for giving me a chance to vent!! Feel better now. I will probably end up just letting this guy get everything just to be left alone. I would like square trade to give me back my $20.00 though.
