It's entirely possible that she thought Talos and Kanyon were two different people. Or it's entirely possible that she thought Talos and Kanyon were the same as a third party, Drachaeus. It's also entirely possible that she didn't save the previous transcripts, and this was simply what she thought to be the latest in a long string of 'harassments' by former members of a long dead group.

Perhaps if you're worried about stirred melodrama, you shouldn't be drawing attention to what might as well have been a post lost on anyone but a few people....
