Qualified tenants who do not have a credit card must deposit a cash deposit for their rent. For local customers, cash deposits start at $300.00 and in addition to pre-calculated rental fees, depending on the type of car, the length of the rental and the miles to drive, and a current electricity bill (original telephone, gas or electricity) is required to verify the residence, an up-to-date original salary amount with proof of transferable insurance (unless the purchase is exceeded by the insurance). For area residents, cash deposits start at $350.00 in addition to pre-charged rental fees, depending on the type of car, the length of the rental and the miles to drive, and an updated electricity bill is required to verify the residence at the same time as proof of transferable insurance insurance (unless they are required to waive insurance through Bestway). For homeowners, we can accept a cash deposit of $1000.00 (which is done on a case-by-case basis) with proof of transferable insurance (unless purchased insurance through Bestway). For cash deposit customers, proof of full transferable insurance is required. For people who lack full collision insurance, we offer V.D.W. for an additional $8.95 per day or more. For those who lack liability insurance, we offer L.I.W. for a fee ($8.95 per day or more).

– If the rental car is returned according to the rental conditions, the deposit will be refunded. Credit Qualifications/Requirements: To rent the BESTWAY vehicle, the tenant must present a large credit card or debit card (see debit card use below) in their own name with credit available at the time of the rental. A stop on the card for the estimated rent amount plus a minimum deposit of $300.00, as determined by where you intend to rent. The holding handle is removed at the end of the rent when the final costs are paid. BESTWAY accepts American Express, MasterCard, Visa, Carte Blanche, Diner Club, Discover Card, JCB Confirmation of a vehicle reserved for a customer at a given time at an agreed price. Unless you receive a second confirmation email, your booking is not guaranteed. Pick-up and return to the site are available to customers who rent for two days or more within an 8-mile radius of the Bestway site. Special vehicles may require a minimum rent of two days. Requests for pickup and return are not within 1 hour of closing. Please click on the “Locations” tab for specific operating hours for all Bestway sites. If you purchase the optional LDW plan, we will completely or partially waive (according to the LDW plan you accept) your liability in the event of loss or damage to the vehicle.
