Back. Had a busy weekend. Various things came up. Including wastedinc.com.
White TShirts $14.99 Yeah. That looks nice and silly. It must be a good marketing tactic.
The merch thing was getting messy. Particularly the Black Text Required stuff. So I'm moving things around a bit, which isn't easy to do. Or: it is, but it takes time. So there's now Black Text Required and the temporarily-named Black Text Required V2. Once all the BTR stuff has been moved into the alphabetical sections of BTRV2, I'll delete the old one and give the new one the old name. After that, I've got a few new things to add; some of them are already up; the rest can wait until the move is finished.
I'm hoping to have the move finished by the time V14 goes live on 1st July. That would work out nicely. Meanwhile, we're running a sale on some of this stuff for a while. A few things are closing out, so the prices are dropping to get that over with; and the white TShirts, while not actually closing out, are dropped to fifteen bucks through the end of the month.
I should make a bigger deal about that, I suppose....

The rest of the world have caught up to us on this ossuary thing. It was a hoax after all. The bad news is that the christians had already forgotten that they were using it as evidence of deites, and the exposure of the hoax has just reminded them that the bonebox is supposed to be evidence; so we're hearing about it all over again. Sure it's a hoax; but why would anyone create fake evidence of deities unless there were really deities out there to fake evidence over....
These people are morons.
Speaking of morons: also in recent news was this riot in Michigan. I've already forgotten the name of the town; but it was about half the size of Tromaville, and had citywide riots after a cop tried to pull someone over for speeding along at 80MPH in a 15MPH zone.
The guy on the motorbike tried to evade the cop, and managed to kill himself. So that all worked out well enough. Then came the riots. Because the guy on the bike was black, and the cop wasn't.
From what I can tell, that's the end of the story. Beyond the fact that the cop was white and the dead guy was black, no further information appears to be available. Except that a city of morons are rioting because the cop was white and the corpse was black.
This, to me, is good news. I'm happy to learn that raceriots need no particular reason to happen. Because I had a similar experience just the other night.
I was driving along, minding my own business, when this guy in a Ford cut me off. Clearly, this is a matter of discrimination. I'm not in a Ford; he is; with malice aforethought, he cut me off. I want a citywide riot over this.
I want the city of Denver to collapse, because one of those damned Fords went too far this time. I want people assembling at City Hall with placards reading FORD: Fucking Oppressive Retarded Drivers. I want people complaining that Henry Ford was a known antisemite, and therefore Ford Motors are a nazi organisation. I want....
Hang on. Do you have to be black to get a riot started for no reason? Nuts. Maybe this won't work.
Oh well. Maybe next time....
