What would you do if a deity arose which contradicted everything you knew? You pretty much don't care. Any god so illogical deserves to be ignored. My stance on believing and asserting is that everything needs to be tested against what is known. However, I am so finite that just because I don't know it doesn't make it not so. This is the difference between us, and it is probably an irreconcilable difference. I know you seek the truth. How do I know this? Simply it is because you are discussing this with me, and due to your extensive knowledge in the topics. Your knowledge and passion for seeking what is known is something which should shame theists and atheists who…nibble and purge information with no true digestion in the process.
