I'l read fiction as fiction, read science as science, avoid poetry since it usually sucks, and read history as history; as for reading the words of deities, I can't do that until deities have ben proved to exist.
     Incidentally, the biblical scholars regard I Chronicles as the suggestion that the Earth is geocentric. A secondary suggestion is that the land never moves, which we also know to be false.
