Since no one's complained yet, I'll post the most recent information on the whole kent hovind thing. The trial, for his arrest in late august, was set for September 05. Here is the docket from that court case. The trial is set for November 17, Kent Hovind has entered a "not guilty" plea, and (oh, come on, don't act so surprised) will be representing himself. More as it unfolds
