The actual criminal trial is on the 12th of November, not the 17th. And, just so there's real new information in this post, there's a secondary trial September 12th to see if he can function as his own attourney. Since this day falls on or close to that day we're supposed to remember and not forget for some odd reason, not that I know what the difference is between remembering and not forgetting is, I forgot what I was saying.
