Even better. I clicked on the pplkc.com link after posting this, and their server crashed. But not before I looked at the sourcecode and found the frameset to PrePaidLegal.com, which tracerts to 12.5.240.11.
     12.5.240.11 is a dedicated IP for an AT&T cablemodem. Which means that the uppermost parent company of this scam appears to be operating in violation of AT&T/Comcast's EULA by running a server off a cablemodem.
     So much for hoping this moron will have the five hundred bucks he owes me for spamming me....
