Probably means nothing to anyone who didn't grow up in PA, but some of those names are familiar to me. You can probably guess just from the "Erie" bit that it's in the northwestern corner of the state. In other words: as far from civilisation as possible, in reference to PA -- the opposite corner from Philly.

I probably shouldn't judge an educational system by the websites alone, but...why does it look like they just got their first computer put in, and that their largest computer lab might have maybe thirty computers in it....
