I changed my mind about waiting out the seventy-two hours BestBuy decided would be fair to me. And I sent another EMail to Corporate:

This is my second attempt to contact someone regarding my unfixed laptop. I'm getting extremely impatient about this, and have cancelled the creditcard charge for services performed, since I have no evidence that anything beneficial was done to my property; instead, I simply have keys replaced on my keyboard and keys apparently jammed deep inside the machine. Please reply in an unusually timely manner.

We'll see whether this inspires anyone to maybe get hold of me....
