A lot of stuff is going on behind the scenes these days. Most of it has nothing to do with the grempire itself, though. There are a couple of things which affect us here....
We're still playing with GodHatesBrains.com a bit. The forthcoming stuff there takes a lot more effort than what's already been done. You'll understand that when you see it.
We're also still working out the mess with PredaciousMoments.com. We've pretty well confirmed that we're nowhere near copyright violation on this, and we're now working out the damages caused by the libel and preliminary injunction. We should have merch set up again pretty soon there.
I'm rereading Damnitology, watching for typos. I also have to design the cover for it. I know what I want the cover to look like; it's just going to take a bit of time to create.
And: presuming we can get far enough ahead of deadline on it, the first real issue of The National Prevaricator should be online on 1st April 2002. That seems oddly appropriate.
Regarding NP: if anyone has any articles for it, and/or images to go along with them, feel free to submit them. I'm pulling in all sorts of people for this; a few more can't hurt.
I may be the first guy in history to write off copies of the Weekly World News under Research&Development....
In other news: Resident Evil finally came out on Friday. If you haven't seen it yet, go see it. As a zombie film, it's one of the better ones I've seen; as a videogame film...while it strayed from the actual game's story a bit, it also answered a few questions I've been asking for years. Id est: what in hell happened in the first place.
Now we're just waiting on Silent Hill: the Motion Picture to explain why there are a bunch of undead pterasaurs flying about town.
Anyway: that's about it for now; more later....
