Since the topic was strayed I figured I might as well reveal my beliefs in the forbidden YHVH. I had avoided revealing it before because of the prejudice which seemed to be involved. I have perused the site as much as possible over the last 18 hours. You have to admit that theres a huge 2001-2002 database which would be nearly impossible to fully exhaust. I have attempted to avoid using the word believe in reference to you. I may have slipped a few times, but I believe ;-) that I've come across you replacing my term belief with your term assert. How comprable these two terms are, I am not sure. That would be a whole new thread I am afraid. When I say that I hope there is a heaven, it is because after analyzing all presented evidence, I have come to the conclusion that christianity is real. This may have something to do with my upbringing, but not entirely. While at a Christian college for 2 years, I lived against my faith. Trying to seek what was the truth. I am still in this process, as you can probably tell, but can once again assert that christianity is what I believe. Aquinas said that belief in God is a mix of both faith and reason. Reason can only bring you so far, once you get there, you must take a leap of faith.
