Your basic perspective is one of someone who "worships" physics as much as physics can be worshiped. The laws of physics are not known to us. It's as if there's a huge legal library that we can't know about with a group of cops enforcing it. Everytime we almost break a law, the enforcers stop it. So we document what we did when they stop us and it becomes written in our known volume. Oh wait, we found a loophole in our known volume...that doesn't mean that there's a loophole in the hidden library, it just means that we haven't copied the entire set of rules yet.
You seemed to think that you are god over your books...yes you are. That is the best most perfect analogy. What would you do if all of a sudden your book started writing itself and said..hey, place yourself onto a page of this book and swallow your head. In regards to what they are capable of doing, you are omniscient, omnipresent, omnipotent. Wait a minute, these creatures can't do anything you don't want them to do. This is a very, very sketchy example of what life is given a supreme deity.
I'll continue with this chain of thought after you take a shot at it.
