     From a strictly technical viewpoint, one could call dwarf caimans (Paleosuchus) "toy alligators," as they are alligatorids. They rarely exceed 4 feet, and are very terrestrial (they even lack webbed toes).

Osteolamis tetraspis would probably count as a "toy crocodile," along with being the most land lubbing crocodylian alive today.

The last time I checked, Paleosuchus was available in the pet trade.
