The best evidence for a flat earth (in the wonderful form of an intricate conspiracy theory), can be obtained from: The Flat Earth Society.

Disturbing, you betcha.

It's also quite real. I thought that they had a website available, but the only "flat earth" anything, that I could find, was for a rock band.
So the most up to date info that I have on these people, comes from Talk Origins.

Check out: http://www.talkorigins.org/faqs/flatearth.html

There's even an example of their nice little survey.

As for radiometric dating, carbon dating (C14 dating) is one of the least stable dating methods available (mainly due to the unique way that C14 is produced), and one that only goes back to about 40,000 years (if I remember right). There are far more stable isotopes available such as: Rb/Sr, K/Ar and U/Pb. These are isochron dates and a far more stable in their decay rate.

As for fossilization, Gremlin's right in that there is no set fossilization rate. Bones locked up in peat bogs and other "stagnant" areas, fossilize much slower. I believe that someone on the Dinosaur Mailing List actually mentioned that one can find some dinosaur bones that are actually still made of bone. I know that this is true for things dating back 1+ MYA , as I helped excavate a Pleistocene bison skull from the Pierre Shale in South Dakota. The skull was near perfectly intact, and it didn't show a hint of fossilization.
